Two dispatch points, one rule

We run two dispatch points in Cape Town: one covering the Northern Suburbs, one covering the Southern Suburbs. Whichever is physically closer to your address is the one that handles your delivery — and your pricing is based on that shorter distance, automatically.

What determines your price

Distance from your nearest dispatch point — not which "side" of the city you're on by name. Free within 10km on orders R450+, a flat R50–R80 for 10–20km, and beyond that, Uber rate less R30 (which we cover).

A quick real-world example

Say you're in Table View. Even though it's grouped under "Northern Suburbs" on our site, what actually matters is your straight-line distance from our nearest dispatch point — and that's what your quote is based on when you message us.
