Step 1: Message us on WhatsApp

There's no app to download and no account to create. Just message our WhatsApp (+27 60 991 0721) and our team will help you build your order, answer questions, and confirm pricing. It's the same place almost 600 members already get our daily deals.



Step 2: Confirm your order and pay via Instant EFT

We currently only accept Instant EFT — quick, secure, and easy to confirm on our end so we can get your order moving without delay.

Step 3: We work out your delivery

  • In Cape Town: pricing is based on distance from whichever of our two dispatch points — Northern Suburbs or Southern Suburbs — is closer to you. Free within 10km on orders of R450+, a flat R50–R80 for 10–20km.
  • Outside Cape Town: we ship nationwide via PostNet-to-PostNet — free on orders of R350+, R100 flat under that.
  • Minimum order nationwide is R250.

Step 4: Same-day delivery, most of the time

If you're in our Cape Town coverage area, orders typically arrive within 2 hours of being confirmed. Our team will always tell you upfront if your specific address needs a different delivery method.

Step 5: First order? You get a little extra

Every new customer gets R50 off or a Special Gift on their first order — just mention it when you message us.
